Meghan Crocker, age 13, died February 22, 2010 at Children's Hospital in Boston, MA. from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was born May 14, 1996 in Exeter, NH, daughter of Bruce Crocker and Rita (Clark) Crocker.
Meghan had lived all of her life in Epping, NH and was currently an eighth grade student studying at Epping Middle School. She aspired some day to become a marine biologist. Meghan had an appreciation beyond her age for the environment and the need for society to conserve and go green. Several years ago, she was a member in the Animal Club, Art Club, and the Epping Girl Scouts. In her free time, Meghan enjoyed reading, listening to music, and hanging out with her older sister going to the Sad Café in Plaistow, NH.
Meghan was an exceptionally kind and gentle young lady who was well liked by everyone. She will be sadly missed.
She is survived by her loving parents, Bruce and Rita Crocker, her sister, Heather Crocker of Epping, NH, her brother T.J. Crocker of Epping, NH, her paternal grandfather, Herbert Crocker of ME., aunt and uncle, Doris and Michael Pond of Epping, NH, aunt and uncle, Sherri and Richard Crocker of ME., aunt, Ruth Bickford of ME., uncle, David Crocker of ME., and numerous cousins.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, February 26, 2010 from 5:00-8:00 PM at the Brewitt Funeral Home, 9 Pleasant St. Epping, NH.
A Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 27, 2010 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Church, Epping, NH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN. 38105.
