Patricia "Patti" Anne LaDuke, 58, died suddenly on June 28, 2010, while visiting family in Georgia. She was born on April 6, 1952 in Malden, MA, the daughter of the late Charles and Reetta (Peoples) Waters.
Patti grew up in Medford, MA and moved to New Hampshire in 1970. After residing in the Concord area for many years, she settled in Raymond in 1992. A lifelong member of the Methodist Church, she was the former owner and operator of Big Al's Bargain Outlet in Brentwood, NH along with her son Allan. She was also employed at OSRAM Sylvania in Exeter, NH as a circuit board inspector for many years.
Patricia was a woman with a big heart who loved animals and spending time with her family. She also enjoyed cooking, antiquing, and searching for hidden gems at flea markets.
IN HER LIFE: She is survived by her husband, Michael R. LaDuke Sr. of Raymond, NH; three sons, Barry Bartlett Jr. of Manchester, NH; Allan Bartlett of Fitzwilliam, NH, and Michael R. LaDuke Jr. of Raymond, NH; three grandchildren, Bruce Bartlett, Crystal LaDuke, and Amber LaDuke; her sister Charlene Greenwood of Raymond, NH; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, July 1, 2010, from 7-9 PM at the Brewitt Funeral Home, 2 Epping St., Raymond, NH. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 2, 2010 at 1 PM at the funeral home. Rev. Donna Leslie will officiate the service. Burial will follow in the Old Pine Grove Cemetery in Raymond, NH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to either the NH SPCA, PO Box 196, Stratham, NH 03885-0196, or to a charity of one's choice.
