Seacoast interior designer Linda J. Stone of Hampton Falls, NH, passed away in the comfort of her home on July 21, 2010 following a lengthy illness. A lover of the arts, Linda graduated from Paier College of Art and was active in the design field for 30 years. As an avid world traveler, Linda traveled extensively throughout Southeast Asia, Europe, Morocco, and the Middle East, returning from each region with various pieces of beautiful and unique folk art. Linda was the former Tour Director of the Historical Society of Exeter as well as member of the Hampton Falls Historical Society, Exeter Garden Club, Book Club, and Mahjong Club. In addition, she was a supporter of many causes and volunteer for numerous civic organizations. Friends and family remember Linda as an irrepressibly upbeat, vivacious, strong, and compassionate person who loved to entertain.
Family members include her husband Paul E. Stone, her son Zac and his wife Mary Kull Stone, her mother Doris Vitelli, and brother Keith Vitelli.
Visiting hours will be held at Brewitt Funeral Home in Exeter, NH between 2:00-5:00 PM on July 31, 2010.
Private services will be held for the family.
