Rose Agnes (Rogers) Desilets, 82, died on July 28, 2010 at the Rockingham County Nursing Home in Brentwood, NH. She was born on June 15, 1928 in Fremont, NH, the daughter of the late George and Lottie Rogers.
Rose grew up in Fremont, NH and was a longtime resident of Exeter, NH. She was employed for most of her life as a CNA (Certified Nurse's Assistant) at area nursing homes including the Rockingham County Nursing Home, Goodwins at Exeter (now known as Exeter on Hampton) and Langdon Place of Exeter. She enjoyed spending time with her family and making crafts.
She is survived by three daughters, Tracey McLane of Lee, NH; Ginger Coughenour of Wellsville, KS, and Florence Hamilton of Exeter, NH; two sons, Stephen Towle of Brentwood, NH and Ralph Smart of Epping, NH; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Maxine MacLeod who died on May 16, 2010.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, July 30, 2010 from 6-8 PM at the Brewitt Funeral Home, 14 Pine St., Exeter, NH. Graveside Services will be held on Monday, August 2, 2010 at 11 AM at the Village Cemetery in Fremont, NH.
