Dear Betty,
I wish to send my condolences to you and your family. You were very attentive and loving to your mother at the nursing home: a model for all of us. It was a pleasure talking to you when I visited my mother (Esther Prescott) at the home. My thoughts are with you and your family.
With deepest sympathy,
Margaret Prescott

Betty thanks to your Mom for always welcoming me into your home so that we could play dolls on the back porch. Your Mom's doll clothes were one of the treasures of my memories of your Mom. Your grandmother and your Dad completed the family I felt privileged to share in my life with. I treasure your lifelong friendship and grieve your Mom's passing with you. She had a full life and the most devoted, loving daughter and son-in-law in the world.

She was a remarkable and gracious woman. I'll always remember the visits with my late husband (Walter's best friend) and the endless meals and card games with Peter....he was too funny. Love to all.

I I will remember always going to Peter and Helens house with my dad after hunting mushrooms or gathering blueberries. Helen would be busy in the kitchen, cooking fabulous polish food. She always opened her kitchen to us. I'll also always remember how Peter would pace about, never sitting, always standing. These were and always will be for me incredibly beautiful and real people. To the family, especially Betty who I knew the best, my sincere condolences and thoughts. Helen is now back with Peter, a best friend of my fathers...may they both walk in paradise together...Helen, please tell Peter, I forgive him for that horrific haircut he once gave me....love and peace to all of the Yarosewicks.
